Fuel Injection
A balanced diet
It is the system that supplies fuel to the combustion chamber in internal combustion engines. All diesel engines use injection, while gasoline engines can have direct gasoline injection (the fuel mixes with the air in the combustion chamber) or indirect injection (the mixing occurs before entering the chamber).
The injection wears down naturally, but poor quality fuel can speed up this process due to a higher concentration of residues. Its failure can cause problems from starting the car to considerable drops in power and increased fuel consumption.
Equally important is the injection pump or fuel pump that is responsible for raising the pressure of the fuel and delivering it to the injectors for introduction into the combustion chamber. It is normally driven by the distribution system.
At Talleres Tot Nivell we have a workshop in El Arenal with all the equipment and experience to carry out repairs, maintenance, cleaning, readjustments and changes of injection systems and much more.
